Here at Darling Events our props are carefully curated, being hand-picked or custom made by our team. Our bespoke collection includes something for every person and every style and is guaranteed to set the mood. We’ve got everything from vintage crystal, floral vessels, linens, arches, furniture and much more. Some of our Inventory is available to be set up by our team only and other pieces we share for diy hire. If you see something that perfectly suits your vision and are styling the event yourself, just let us know.

Can’t find what you’re looking for? We’re constantly updating our range and not everything may be featured online. Simply drop us an email outlining what you’re searching for (and how many) and we’ll check our supply. Who knows… we may even be able to source or custom make the perfect option for you!

Please note – a minimum spend of $200+gst is required for DIY hire. We require a bond which is held upon booking and released within 7 days of your event.
All DIY hires are subject to a service and packing surcharge in addition to individual cleaning fees.
All hire is for rental use and may have slight colour variation and general wear and tear. All goods must be returned free from food residue for hygiene reasons.
Hire days are Thursday & Friday, and Return is Monday. If you require something for an event outside of those time-frames, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
